They come from darkness into the light! Just when it seemed like the Los Angeles Clippers were doomed for more losing seasons with a bunch of mediocre talent and one superstar in Elton Brand, Baron Davis shows up to change the face of the franchise and the playoff hopes of the other team in LA!
Although the Clipps weren't able to keep Elton Brand in LA, the addition of Baron Davis and Marcus Camby sends the Clipps into a whole new direction that shows more promise to become a force in the Western Conference.
Granted, the West has more talented teams than ever and the Pacific division will be very tough to compete in especially with the Lakers looking like a team full of all-stars and future hall of famers, but with a talented young core with rookie Eric Gordon and Al Thornton along with veterans Ricky Davis, Chris Kaman, Marcus Camby and Baron Davis the Clippers could turn out to be one of the best teams in the West.
